ShareFile File Upload allows you to upload documents for your matter(s) via the Ezer Law Group PLLC’s secure client portal.
Please fill in the form and drag and drop your files. Once the document(s) are uploaded, please fill in your name, your email, and your message in the required boxes. Below your information will be a code that must be entered.
Document Upload Requirements
- Maximum File Size: Each uploaded document must not exceed 12 MB. Larger files should be compressed or split into multiple parts to meet this limit.
- Name All Documents: Each document uploaded must have a clear, descriptive title that identifies each document and its type. Please do NOT include spaces, special characters; use underscores or hyphens if needed.
- Scan: Scan at 150 DPI for clarity.
Example: Form_I-20_2026.pdf or Passport_Photo_John_Doe.jpg
- Accepted File Formats:
- PDF (.pdf): Preferred for multi-page documents like tax returns, leases, or contracts.
- JPEG (.jpg, .jpeg): Best for photographs, including passport-style or marriage photos.
- PNG (.png): Suitable for screenshots or high-quality single images.
- TIF/TIFF (.tif, .tiff): Supported but generally discouraged due to large file sizes.
- Not Accepted: HEIC photos from iPhones must be converted to PDF or JPEG/PNG before uploading.
- Password-protected or encrypted PDFs cannot be processed and must be unlocked before submission
- Compress PDFs safely if the file is too large- without blurring text (use tools that preserve text vectors)

**Please note that the uploading of documents to this portal does not and will not constitute an Attorney/Client relationship until such a relationship is acknowledged in a written fee agreement signed by all parties.
